2. Description

SiteCatch is a website-preview tool for generating and storing website screenshots using a credits-based billing model.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and API key secure.
  • Your account is non-transferable.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SiteCatch to:

  • Scrape content without the website owner's permission.
  • Bypass access restrictions or paywalls.
  • Conduct any illegal activities.
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure.

5. Credits and Payments

  • Purchased credits are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Accounts found abusing the service may be suspended without refund.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiteCatch is not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from use of the service.
